The new Lake Country Builders office in Crosslake, MN is up and running!!

Above Edina realty in downtown Crosslake is the new Lake Country Builders office for the Brainerd Lakes area division. Our sign is up, the office is furnished and all decked out with photos of our past Up north projects.

Look for an “open house party” to happen soon, this Summer.

We’ve been designing and building in the lakes areas for a dozen years.  Eddie Near began the Brainerd Lakes division for Lake Country Builders and is beyond excited about this new venture. “This new office in Crosslake takes our Brainerd Lakes division to a new level”. Also–Many new cabin, lake home, remodeling leads are coming in from Houzz.com. We were just voted, “Best of Houzz.Com! Check it out.

Our process in the Lakes area remains the same as our typical, proven process in the Cities where we have become a top builder/remodelor for over 36 years: We meet clients first to discuss their wants, needs, goals and budget. We match the clients to one of 6 professional design partners. We attend all design meetings with clients and designer. We track budget, creativity, energy all along the way-design memos follow each meeting for clarity. When there’s a “composite schematic design” that suits clients needs-a detailed budget analysis is completed. Design development follows until a construction/bid set of drawings is complete. Lake Country Builders staff writes specifications and the project is bid with multiple vendors in every category to create value for the clients. Upon proposal acceptance by the clients, our able production staff takes over. We have a Production Manager that has runs our jobs for 24 years.
